2. Definitions
- SERVICE PROVIDER: HEP TEMİZ OTO SERVICES AND FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED COMPANY
- BUYER: The real or legal person purchasing the product or service
- PRODUCT: Tangible or electronic goods and services offered
- DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT: The sales agreement concluded remotely between the BUYER and SERVICE PROVIDER
3. Delivery Process
- Delivery of the service or product starts after payment confirmation.
- The date and time of service provision are chosen by the BUYER.
4. Payment
- Payments are made using credit or debit cards via the platform.
5. Right of Withdrawal
- The BUYER can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase date.
- The withdrawal must be notified at least 14 days before the service date.
6. General Provisions
- The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of the agreement upon payment.
- The SERVICE PROVIDER is responsible for delivering the service completely and accurately.
7. Service Process
- Heptemiz is not responsible for key delivery for interior and exterior washing. All responsibility in this process belongs to the BUYER. The key is taken from the BUYER before washing and delivered to the BUYER after washing. In addition, Heptemiz is not responsible for valuable items found in the car.
8. Jurisdiction
- In case of disputes, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
