2. Definitions

  • SERVICE PROVIDER: HEP TEMİZ OTO SERVICES AND FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED COMPANY
  • BUYER: The real or legal person purchasing the product or service
  • PRODUCT: Tangible or electronic goods and services offered
  • DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT: The sales agreement concluded remotely between the BUYER and SERVICE PROVIDER

3. Delivery Process

  • Delivery of the service or product starts after payment confirmation.
  • The date and time of service provision are chosen by the BUYER.

4. Payment

  • Payments are made using credit or debit cards via the platform.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • The BUYER can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase date.
  • The withdrawal must be notified at least 14 days before the service date.

6. General Provisions

  • The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of the agreement upon payment.
  • The SERVICE PROVIDER is responsible for delivering the service completely and accurately.

7. Jurisdiction

  • In case of disputes, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
